I booked my admission ticket, what can I bring?
We can't wait to welcome you. Here are some ideas. - Sunscreen - Water for hydration - Blanket or small pillow for picnic - A selfie stick - A good book - Comfortable footwear to walk the field. - A best friend, roommate, spouse or family... anyone to enjoy these moments together.
What items are not acceptable in the lavender field?
Here are somethings that are not acceptable on the farm. - Any alcoholic beverage - Pets (only service dog acceptable) - Do not bring items to cut the flowers, we have some on site & will accompany you while you harvest our flowers.
Does the property have Facilities?
There is a fully accessible mobile restroom from Glengarry Outhouses, located in the parking lot. We made sure to have a changing table for our smallest guests.
How long does the field stay open?
The flowering season is all weather depentent, we hope to be open till end of July. Keep an eye on our socials to get the latest updates.
Are reservations needed?
No, reservations are not needed & you can purchase tickets on site. We appreciate the online ticket purchases to be better prepared to welcome you all.
Are strollers allowed on site?
Yes, strollers are allowed & are accessible everywhere. As for wheelchairs, the lavender field is planted between rows of grass in a rolling hill area. The parking lot is less than 50 feet from the lavender field, which is easily accessible.
SHOULD I WORRY ABOUT BUGS ON SITE?
You are in the center of mother nature & insects have made this farm their home. There is bee's busy pollinating our lavender for you all to enjoy their blooms.
I would like to return an item recently pucrchase what are the terms?
At Braydale, our refund and exchange policy is 30 days with proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the items purchased must be unused and in the original packaging. All field tickets are final sale, but if temperature is an issue we will re-issue you a ticket for another date. Contact us for all other inquiries. ​ ​If you receive a damaged or defective product, you will be eligible for an exchange within 3 days of purchase. Sale items are final and do not qualify for a return or exchange.
How Much is shippinG?
FARM pickup is free, wait for your email before you come over. We are not offering shipping at the moment.
